    Nice class for beginners but class usually starts cross legged in a sitting position snd end in corpse pose

    Enjoyed this video with my daughter, made me a subscriber. Loved the location (calming waves), the calming instruction was easy to follow, and poses are actually for beginners. More beginner videos please.

    This is the BEST video for beginners. It starts out easy and gets progressively harder. I had a lot of chronic neck and back paid before I started this routine 4 months ago I had helped me soooo much. And it relaxes me too ❤️❤️
